When I wake up
\nSleeplessness grabs me
\nAnd my presence in its early rhythm
\nIs a thousand years old<\/p>\n
When the Sun shines, my stretched legs
\nPass through the universe
\nAnd the border of tomorrow
\nWith the glowing anklet of human kisses <\/p>\n
I feel my simple crowded brain
\nIs at ease enough to ignore
\nAll the old beliefs that hindered
\nHuman happiness<\/p>\n
And cell phones with repeated SMS
\nHave a line that connect us to the world
\nClose enough to laugh at a lost planet<\/p>\n
My dear, it is an excuse when you say
\nYou are a simple cave man
\nLiving in far off lands
\nWhile your Ears, your brain
\nYour wisdom is connected
\nTo neighborhoods of the Whitehouse
\nTo the streets of Florence
\nAnd it\u2019s Mafia of love<\/p>\n
