NIGHT OF GOOD SOLITUDE

(shab e tanhai ye khub)

Listen the most distant bird of the world is singing

Night is pure and open and fluent

Geraniums and most sonorous branches of season

Hear the moon.

Stairs in front of building

Door holding lantern

In lavishness of breeze

Listen the road is calling your footsteps from distance

Your eyes are not ornaments of darkness

Shake your eyelids, wear your shoes and come

And come to where the wings of moon

Warning your finger

And the time sitting with you on a clod

And psalms of night attracting your body

Like a song.

There is a devout there to tell you:

The best is reaching a gaze

Wet with incident of love.
